Packaging and Warehousing
Packwell has a packaging capacity of 1 billion pounds of plastic resin per year. This includes unloading railcars of plastic resin into valve bags, sewn open mouth bags, boxes, jumbo bags, and sea-bulk containers. An on-site truck scale allows loading of sea-bulk containers without the need to travel off-site. Packwell also loads bulk trucks and handles reverse packaging. Extensive railcar packaging experience allows Packwell to keep customer costs low while packaging with superior accuracy.
Packwell has over 1 million sq. ft. of warehouse space with a storage capacity of 70,000 metric tons of palletized product including boxes, bags and jumbo bags. The combined facilities have a capacity to load over 200 truckloads per day for domestic and export shipments.
Extended hours of operation include overnight and weekend shifts.
